What is Modern decision training?

Who is Deciding.org?

The founder is Craig Clermont, who has studied decision management since 2006, when the landmark HBR issue “Decision Making: Better | Faster | Smarter” was first released and developed AI solutions for healthcare and banking.

Craig believes there is much potential for organizations to improve decision making by applying proven fundamentals and frameworks. When done correctly, this also critically improves their implementation phase success rates.

Craig also believes that improved decision processes, ultimately encapsulated within decision support solutions, lead to institutional know-how and shared understanding - critical for successful responses to both threats or opportunities.
